Liam Bartlett, 53, has been a Perthonality for twenty seven years, and has been more responsible than any other Perthonality for making Perth what it is today. He says he enjoys being a Perthonality because it allows him to tell other people what to do.

"I am very proud of all the work I have been able to do in bossing other people about. My basic philosophy is that Perth is a dismal little shithole, full of very stupid backward morons who need to be bossed around by people who have had a superior education, like myself.
