Why is it so inconceivable that she was not smuggling drugs? Have you looked at her 'friends' who were accompanying her on her trip, who quite possibly could have secreted the drugs in the bag with or without her knowledge? There is also the fact that she was singled out by customs at the airport as someone who looked 'suspicious' and 'nervous'...the reason the drugs were found in the first place. Schapelle is also on the record as having identified the plastic bag as having contained marijuana - thus she is not as innocent as people would have you believe. Could you identify marijuana unless you had been exposed to it previously? I do believe that Schapelle will not receive a fair trial in Indonesia, and will likely be found guilty, whether or not she truly is. I also believe the Indonesia legal system is seriously flawed and corrupt, but unfortunately without some serious Government measures (which are not likely to be forthcoming) this is not likely to change. I don't know if she is guilty or not at first I thought yes because anyone one who has ever been to Bali would know that the customs at Bali Airport are not very strict, her sister lives in Bali so she would have been to Bali very often and would know about the customs at the airport. The Customs Officer who stopped her had seen the borad go into a x-ray machine which is outside the airport where the bags come from the planes. Most girls get past the customs with a smile and a flirt with the customs officers this is well known but this Customs officer had already seen something in the bag. Nowif she knew it was there or not is the thing. I don't think it would have been planted in Bali because where the baggage is unloaded from the container from the plane there are too many people who would be able to see what is going on. If it was planted in Australia I don't know but if it was planted I feel sure it would be in Australia because we are always trying to cut the work force so I would think there would be very few people in Australia loading the baggage and it would be very easy to put something in some ones bag.
