We will try as hard (hehe) as possible to model ourselves on the fine upstanding (heheee) work done by the team from "Today Tonight". Because we don't just care about today, we also care about tonight..... or something.
In fact right now, as I type this, my partner in crime (not an admission of guilt. see footnote for details), Martin Zygote, is out rounding up a bunch of homeless people to interview for a hard hitting current affairs piece. Well not REALLY hard hitting. He will only give them a bit of biffo in and around the kidneys and a light tap on the jaw. Just to make them feel cooperative. You see unlike others, we don't have the money for "check-book journalism". So Martin has invented something he calls "bash-book journalism". It works just as well and costs alot less. Sure... sometimes you end up with dirty old homeless men in a state significantly worse then before they met your crack squad of hard-hitting journalists. Sometimes there is even some collateral damage. But who will miss a few homeless men anyway? Their families? HAH. Besides.... the death of a few vagrants is the high price we are willing to pay in our never ending quest for quality journlism that keeps you, the clueless punter, in touch with what goes on in the outside world.

P.S. I am currently in the design stage of a logo for perthrockcity. Is there anyone out there with an artist streak that can draw a logo for me? I need something that looks like a dead black-swan being sodomised by a souvenir bell-tower. If you can do that, you should email me. If your someone that doesn't know what a Bell Tower looks like then just imagine an Eiffel Tower but much smaller, not as cool and not as french.
