This made our grill new!
We installed these on our Weber Silver Genesis grill and it now cooks like new!! The installation was moderately difficult, as we had never taken the grill apart for any type of cleaning. Once we had the clean-up job done and the new tube set installed, our old grill had new life. So glad that we did this instead of replacing the entire grill with a new one!

Should have done this a year ago…
I have a 2001 Weber Genesis Silver B, and last year it started being reluctant to heat quickly and all the way to 600. Last week the grill never got hotter than about 400, so I knew something was wrong. I took the grill apart and looked at the flame, and it was fairly yellow. Also, the bar that connects the three main burners wasn’t working to transfer the flame from one bar to another.

I bought this set from Amazon and installed it today. You have to take the grill apart, including taking the control panel off, the manifold off, disconnect the gas, take the flavor bars and grates out, etc. After I had everything uninstalled I elected to drag mine out in the yard and pressure wash it. After it dried I installed the new burners, new flavor bars, new grates, etc. I went all stainless this time. The flame coming out of the new burners is blue, and is very hot. I also put a new starter in, and the grill starts so nice and easy and the bar that connects the three burners transfered the flame from one burner to another. It reminded me of when I first bought it. The grill heated up to 500 in about 5 minutes…a night and day difference from before.

You might think I’m crazy for investing $160 in grill parts, after all some grills only cost $160 for the entire grill. I know that my Silver B is good for another 5 years at least, and I LOVE this grill. Who knows when they’ll stop making parts for these grills?

Anyway, my advice to you is if you have a Weber gas grill that is more than 6 years old and you haven’t replaced the burners yet, and you are experiencing any of the symptoms I described, don’t hesitate to put in new burners. It’s relatively easy, and it makes a huge difference.

Weber SS burner tube set
Replaced the flavorizer bars, steel burners and ignighter. My grill is about 10 years old but I didn’t have any problems replaceing these parts. The the stainless steel burners were what I expect from Weber good quality and easy to install. Make sure you order the correct burner tube set for your grill. Verify the part number at Weber’s site before purchasing.

Weird size
My husband likes this mitt, but I can’t stand it. It fits my hand really strange and is really tight and goes high up on the arm. It’s just cut really strange.

I own this mitt, but rarely use it because I find it too long for my female arm… its clumsy

Light weight
This mitt is adequate for shaking or quickly moving metal items around on the grill. Don’t try to take a hot pan or skewer more than about ten feet, or it will burn your hand through the material.

Better than silicone
I made the mistake of hanging my old Weber mits on the wall and going with some new silicone mits that my wife bought me as a present. I figured they would do a better job. Plus, for some jobs like taking chicken off the rotisserie, I would be able to wash them easier. After all, they were the latest and greatest.

Well I’m back to the old Weber mits again. I found that the silicone mits did not give me as positive of grip plus I found that although they seemed to provide more short-term protection against heat, the silicone mits themselves will get hot and then they retain the heat. In other words, if you were doing something that that would heat up the Weber mit all you had to do was back away and the mit itself would cool off almost immediately. That is not the case with the silicone mits, once they heat up, they stay hot and it keeps adding up until you can’t stand to have your hands in them any more. That’s why I came back to the Weber mits.

Great way to go for grilling ka-bobs
Works perfectly. A little on the pricey side, though. But the more you use it to cook for other people, the price per compliment goes down.

No more kabobs stuck to the grill!
I’ve used this several times already. It works really well. It easily comes apart to take up less space for storage. It holds the skewers up above the cooking grate, which works well for delicate items like shrimp that tend to stick when they touch the hot surface.

One of the best things about it is the flat skewers. If you are using round skewers, as I was before I bought this, you are in for a treat. They work just like the round ones except the food won’t rotate on them. That means when you turn the skewer, the food turns with it — what a great idea! Believe me, you’ll never use the round ones again after trying this.

Very nice skewers
The length and width of the skewers are perfect. Everything stays on very nicely and the rack holds the skewers in place at a very good distance. Things cook very well and it is easy to slide the meat and veggies off when they are done. Clean up is easy too.

Great BBQ tool, would be even better in stainless steel
I am using the Weber 2501 Kabob Set on my Weber Q220. It delivers very nice and tasty results and is easy to handle on the BBQ. In terms of cleaning (should not be put to dishwasher due to nickel plating) and durability it would be great if they were made of stainless steel.

Love to BBQ ?
These are great. Handles are long and I love that you can lock the tongs so they will fit in a drawer. No where could I find if they were dishwasher safe but I have done so many times and they are holding up just fine.

Beautiful set of BBQ tools
Great set of tools – truly Weber quality. Get two at this excellent price: one for your raw items, and one for cooked ones. The red makes them just a bit different and zingy, too – and they have a grippy feel to them. Wish the tongs unlocked just by tilting them upward (”gravity unlock”) but I’m not complaining at all!

Flip me!
This is one solid piece of metal, with no rivets, screws, or weld marks to collect food and debris. There is a black rubber insert under the handle to make it easier to grip. The hook on the end is the perfect length to flip down and hold the grip off the surface it is resting on.

High Quality Spatula
I recently purchased a Weber Gold Series grill and wanted quality grilling tools that complimented the stainless steel design of the grill. I decided on this spatula because of the quality normally associated with the Weber name and I was not disappointed. The spatula handle is attractive and has a rubber grip for comfort. The length of the spatula is great for reaching the back of the grill and for large flanks of fish. I would highly recommend this spatula for anyone who is searching for a quality accessory to their Weber grill!

High quality DOES make a difference!
I just got this turner and it feels really nice in my hand. The grip feels very comfortable and the turner has a very nice solid and balanced feel. I got this turner so it would work better with the cast iron griddle I got. I tried out tonite cooking burgers and it felt easier to flip the patties than a normal cheap spatula. I felt like a short order cook!

This is the right one
This is the correct grate for my little Weber charcoal, non-gas BBQ. Previously I had replaced the grate with a model sold by Home Depot that did not fit correctly, and was not chromed. This one fits and has a decent chrome finish.

The real thing
We were looking for a replacement grate — and found it — without paying the manufacturer’s list price. The grate came in just a few days, exactly as promised.

7433 has flip-up sides, 7432 does not
The product description section “From the Manufacturer” incorrectly refers to Weber item 7433, not 7432. This specific cooking grate does not have the flip-up sides.

NOT FLIP-UP style: replacement grill with handles
This is standard grill grate. NO flip-up sides as the description states. Not exactly what I wanted but it’ll do. The handles cutdown on total grill surface area but do provide a medium size hole to drop in more charcoal. Hopefully someone at Amazon revises the item description.

Should have been thinking a little more clearly
In the end it all worked out. I originally bought the cover for the Weber Q ELECTRIC grill but failed to think through the ramifications of leaving an electric grill outside and exposed to the elements. Moisture and electric appliances don’t mesh all that well for obvious reasons. So now, I bring in the electric grill when not in use and use the cover for my Smokey Joe charcoal mini-grill which actually works quite well.

Sure, there’s a little less than pleasing overhang when placed on the Smokey but it works.

That should cover it…
Basic cover, great for the Weber Grill… might consider buying the longer one though if you are keeping your grill on a tall cart (something I didn’t really give much thought into)… although this one was half the price and still fits on my grill when it is sitting on the stationary cart.

Why didn’t this come with the grill?
I mean, really. Its a vinyl cover.

It is pretty well made, but how much did the grill cost? They couldn’t throw in the cover?

Shipping was twice the price of the cover itself.

Nice heavy fabric that fits pretty well. Has draw cords on front and back that are a little awkward to use and keep snug. Elastic cord around bottom would be better?

A Nice Product
This Weber grill cover is quite a bit heavier than I thought it would be, fits very well, and is EASY to get on and off. Well worth the money!!

snuggie grill cover
We especially like the velcro strips on the bottom at both ends that

allow you to tighten the cover. Since we live in windy Wyoming, we

would often have to search the yard for our previous cover when it flew

off the grill and headed toward the mountains.

Purchased to replace the same cover bought 3 years ago for the Genesis Platinum grill. Heavy duty with adjustable strap to hold cover firmly in place once on the grill. Easy to keep clean. First cover was destroyed when left off the grill for two days last autumn and a family of chipmunks decided that it would make the perfect shelter.

Quality control issues?
Doesn’t fit all that well. It’s the same product (and the same part number) as the one I replaced, which fit fine, so I can only assume that the vendor Weber uses to make their covers has some QC issues.

Another Excellent Weber Product
If you bought the One Touch Silver and what to slow cook, then you NEED this! It allows you to add more coals without having to remove the food. When you are smoking ribs for 6 or 8 hours this is a necessity!!

Replace the need for an extra hand.
Short of having an extra limb the hinged grate allows for roasting/grilling with much less heat loss. The extra control of the heat source allows for a better cooked product. “This steak is b–tching”, was a quote from the gameday crowd at Jack Kent Cook Stadium at fedex field in Maryland. I will continue to “Pimp My Grill” with more accessories for next season.

This is the grate they should have provided
This hinged grate easily allows you to put in extra charcoal or even move them around while still cooking food. The original was quite frustrating, you easily could drop your food onto the ground while trying to access the hot charcoals. While one should have bought the larger grill for cooking beyond several people, I’m stuck with my 18 incher and the hinged grill is a must have, I can guarantee you can’t live without it or you’ll always say I should have bought one when it’s too late to do so

A much needed item!
My husband is now able to slow cook food on the grill now that he can add charcoal to the BBQ as needed. If you have a weber, get this!

Grill cover doesn’t fit
I am not sure what the problem is but this cover will not fit my unit. It is frustrating to see the photo and think that this will fit but it doesn’t. I had to send this back and lost out on my shipping charge. Won’t do this again.

Design flaw
The problem with this cover is that the design is somewhat flawed. You don’t know easily which end goes on which side of the grill. Either side looks like it would work. Also, the fit is too tight to make it easy to put on. A tight fit is good, I guess, to keep the rain and critters out, but this one almost requires two people. Otherwise, fabric is good, etc. The one I had was 6 years old and needed replacing because it was always outdoors.

Fits great; high quality
I have always bought cheap BBQ covers which usually become brittle and tear with a little exposure to the elements. This cover is good quality — it feels like it is substantial and will last. The fit is a bit tight, but as long as you put it on equally from both sides, it is not a problem. With two people it would be a breeze!

I would recommend this BBQ cover.

You can’t beat the price + protection!
(See my pictures) I know Weber offers a premium cover but I don’t see why you would want to spend more money if the “standard” product offers protection that is just as good. I highly recommend this product!

Cheap and efficient
For Years I left my Kettle to suffer in the elements. The finish suffered and the wood handles rotted. This cover stays put in storms and protects my kettle from further damage.
