Ween is not for everyone and Quebec is no longer just "that French part of Canada that everyone makes fun of", no from now on gentlemen and ladies, Quebec is kicking your arse five times daily, or certainly should be. Dean and Gene Ween have come together again to produce another veritable roller-coaster of genres and styles, starting with a Motorhead-esque "It's gonna be a long night" and never quite staying in one place from there on in. Quebec is everything you'd expect from Ween, and that is, anything and everything. The unweenitiated should listen to this album with an open mind whilst those loyal to these masters of musical mayhem will enjoy yet another fine Ween release. Here, have some candy:
